Chair Yoga – Move, Stretch, Relax
A gentle and uplifting yoga class using a chair for support. Improve flexibility, ease stiffness, build strength, and calm the mind through simple stretches, mindful movement, and breathing exercises. Perfect for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone who wants a slower, supportive way to move and feel better.
Yoga – strong, flow movements.
Guided by the rhythm of the breath this strong flow builds resilience in the body while cultivating clarity and balance within. The practice encourages you to move with intention, soften into effort and discover the quiet strength that arises when body, mind and spirit move as one. Leave the mat feeling energised, centered and deeply connected to yourself
Yoga – easy, slow, relaxed
This gentle yoga class is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body and breath. Through simple, easy-to-follow movements and longer relaxation moments, you’ll stretch the body, calm the mind, and create space for deep rest.
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a softer, slower practice, the class focuses on mindful breathing, light stretching, and peaceful relaxation. No rush, no pressure—just a quiet space to unwind and restore balance.
Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed.
