Refund Policy
Third party sales of Maria Edgeworth Centre entry tickets is prohibited. Online-tickets cannot be purchased using vouchers.
Issue of Online-tickets
When your booking has been confirmed your tickets will be dispatched via email to the email you specified on booking.
It is your responsibility to check prior to your purchase that the info you have supplied to us in respect of your online-ticket requirements is accurate.
The Maria Edgeworth Centre is only responsible for issuing online-tickets in accordance with the information you provide.
Once purchased the date for which the online-ticket has been purchased cannot be changed online. Please contact us via bookings@mariaedgeworthcentre.com or under +353 43 667 1801 at least 36 hours in advance to request a change of the arrival date and we will try our best to accommodate your wished changes.
Payments for online-tickets are non-refundable.

It will be required to present the online-ticket purchased through the Maria Edgeworth Centre website. Therefor a printed version or the mobile version on your phone will be acceptable.

Definition of Classes
An Adult is a person aged from 17 years old.
A Child is a person aged from 0 years old to 16 years old. Children will not be permitted entry without an adult. A child 9 years and under are admitted free of charge.
A student requires to hold a valid student card.
A senior is a person aged 65 years and older.

Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations.

Resale
Third-party sales of the Maria Edgeworth Centre entry tickets are prohibited.
No online-ticket may be resold without written consent of the Maria Edgeworth Centre. If any person attempts to enter with an online-ticket that has been resold without the Maria Edgeworth Centre written consent, the Maria Edgeworth Centre may refuse entry and no compensation is payable to that person by the Maria Edgeworth Centre.

Attraction Rules
It is prohibited to take any of the following into the Maria Edgeworth Centre:
Any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, blades, flammable liquids, balloons, portable BBQ’s, drones, or other articles that cause injury.

Photography on site and in the museum are welcome.

Dogs are allowed on site in the garden, not in the museum, but are required to be on a leash at all times.
